Shipping & Returns 

• Botanical Sol Alchemy doesn’t currently offer a return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to botanicalsolalchemy@gmail.com or fill out the form on the “Contacts” page, within 7 days of package delivery or in person purchase, to discuss a resolution.

• Botanical Sol Alchemy is not currently shipping internationally.

• All products are usually shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise discussed. A tracking number will be provided as soon as one is generated.

• I do my best to provide photos that display the true colors of the artwork but due to different light settings on screens there may be differences that are out of my control. If you are unsure, please reach out before purchasing, I’m happy to supply additional photos in different light spaces to aid in your purchase decision.
